AGCO, a global agricultural equipment manufacturer, has signed a contract with Kuehne + Nagel to manage its aftermarket parts distribution center (PDC) in Johannesburg.
Parts are distributed from facilities in South Africa and several neighboring countries in Africa.
The new center began operations in December last year and can store 40,000 parts. The built-in service facilities are located near OR Tambo International Airport, aiming to shorten the order response time for AGCO's African customers.
